The Commercial Building Inspection training is designed to assist you with becoming an effective commercial building inspector. This course will increase your ability to apply the requirements of the IBC in the field during an inspection. 

The residential building inspector test academy is designed to assist you with taking the B1 Certification Exam. The test academy will cover in detail the topics of the exam. 

Some cities or counties are up against gang ridden communities. Officer safety is essential in the approach of such communities. This course will serve to provide indicators of gang activity as well as give a review of what some of these gangs are, their history, and make-up. 

Energy codes are an essential component of achieving community and building industry goals to increase energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gases attributed to the building stock. Recent developments around the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) are aimed at providing tools to achieve these goals.

The 2018 Building Plans Examiner Certification Test Academy features expert instruction and includes interactive review exercises, practice exams and individual and group-based activities to help you get better prepared to take the exam.

This is the monthly meeting of the Fire Service Membership Council, the fire service policy advisory group to the International Code Council. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month. All members and other interested parties are invited to participate.
